Lindy Sinclair
 Personal statement

Director/ConsultantLindy-corporate

I believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to test and fulfil their potential and that clear goals, healthy challenge and a good dose of balanced support are key ingredients for success.

My strength as a facilitator and coach comes from having had the good fortune of working with so many inspirational people over the past years. That experience has taught me that people are ‘hot-wired’ to develop.

My role is to ensure that I find ways of creating environments in which ideas and learning flourish.

My pleasure comes from watching the people I work with succeed. It’s time for a real celebration when challenges are overcome, goals are exceeded and self-esteem and confidence is riding high. The legacy of that outcome has a positive effect on their colleagues, Organisations and everyone else around them. What a great result!
